Joe came out, spoke with me about my needs/expectations and created an excellent design diagram. After looking at other renovators, I quickly realized Joe offered exactly what we were looking for, and for less money than other options. Joe and his crew were very friendly and professional and the work was completed within the specified time. We could not be happier with our new finished basement, which is now the envy of the neighborhood. Everyone compliments as to the basement look and custom extras not seen in many 'cookie-cutter' finishings. We would recommend Joe Reaney to anyone looking to finish their basement.
